Our security measures are inspected regularly to assess if your personal information is being handled securely and in continued consideration of your rights as a user. We cannot, however, guarantee 100% security when transferring data via the Internet. This means that there may be a risk that others can gain unjustified access to your information when data is transmitted and stored electronically. Therefore, you provide your personal information at your own risk. Personal information is deleted or made anonymous when the purpose for which it was collected is no longer relevant. Personal information is saved for a maximum of 12 months after last use. The rapid development of the Internet means that changes in our processing of personal information may be necessary. We therefore reserve the right to update and amend these guidelines for treatment of personal information. Under the provisions of the Danish Privacy Act, you have the right to access information about personal information relating to you. If the information or data processed about you is incorrect or misleading, you have the right to demand that it be corrected, deleted or blocked. You may at any time object to our treatment of your personal information. You can also at any time withdraw your consent, and you have the right to complain about the treatment of information and data relating to you. Complaints are to be submitted to the Danish Data Protection Agency, cf. the Danish Privacy Act § 58, paragraph 1.
